OGBOINBIRI COMMUNITY CHIEFTAINCY CRISIS: Southern Ijaw Federal Representatives Set To Make Peace.

The lawmaker representing Southern Ijaw Constituency Hon. Engr. Rodney Ambaiowei and the Senator representing Bayelsa Central Senatorial District, Senator Konbowei Benson, recently visited the Ogboinbiri Community to assess damages caused by the recent chieftaincy crisis in the Community. The crisis led to the destruction of properties and unrest in the community.

The purpose of the visit is to get first hand information on the situation, which will enable them to get facts for their report and recommendations to His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State.
This is part of the ASSURED PROSPERITY AGENDA as it concerns security- ensuring peace, unity and progress among the people of the state.
