PAP: N'Delta activist hails Otuaro for awarding postgraduate scholarship to 142 beneficiaries

Renowned Niger Delta activist, Comr. Ozobo Austin, has lauded Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), for awarding scholarship to 142 beneficiaries to pursue postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom.

He described Otuaro as a detribalised, accommodating, most friendly and best performing administrator of the programme.

While stating that the PAP administrator has positively impacted the Amnesty programme, he urged stakeholders to throw their weight behind the PAP boss to implement his reforms and programmes.

Ozobo also appealed to people with genuine concerns and challenges to approach Otuaro through the appropriate channels for help.

He is ever ready to address every genuine concerns so far the presidential Amnesty programme is concerned," he added.

The activist further urged Otuaro to continue his good works and not to be distracted by "the campaign of calumny by sponsored voices by enemies of Niger Delta," assuring that all well-meaning Niger Deltans were behind Otuaro.

He equally congratulated the beneficiaries of the scholarship, urging them "to use the opportunity to build their future and avoid activities that will make them to be repatriated by foreign authorities."
