As Bayelsa joins the rest of the globe to mark this year's World Entrepreneurship Day, Special Adviser to the Governor on Political Matters, High Chief Collins Cocodia, says entrepreneurs must develop a catalyst that will help them achieve their visions.
The Political Adviser said this at this year's World Entrepreneurship Day held in Yenagoa, on Thursday, with Her Excellency, Dr.Mrs Gloria Diri, wife of the Governor in attendance, alongside other notables.
The event was used to celebrate young entrepreneurs who have been trained in different vocations through the Douye Diri Skills, Acquisition and Empowerment program.
In his goodwill message, High Chief Cocodia urged young entrepreneurs to make good use of the knowledge gathered from their training by establishing themselves and also training others.
The one time Youth Commissioner noted that young entrepreneurs must be focused and be able to gather every information concerning their businesses, that will aid their success.
High Chief Collins Cocodia said Bayelsa was evolving, as in the past every commodity consumed in Bayelsa was from other states, however the narrative has changed with several commodities produced in the state.
The event organized by the Technical Adviser on Entrepreneurship Development, Mrs Charity Kens Godwin, was also used to showcase the skills and products that were produced by the trainees.
