💥 ADC’s Big Challenge: Why Obi & Atiku Are Still Holding Back 💥

When the African Democratic Congress (ADC) was first announced as the new coalition platform for Nigeria’s opposition, there was a lot of excitement. Big political names like Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, Rotimi Amaechi, David Mark, Rauf Aregbesola, and others were linked to the movement.

But right now, that early energy seems to be fading. Why? Because some of the key figures—especially Obi and Atiku—have not officially registered with the ADC.

🔹 Atiku has left the PDP but hasn’t joined any party yet.
🔹 Obi is still with the Labour Party, even though he’s been engaging with ADC activities.
🔹 Amaechi, Aregbesola, and others, however, have already taken bold steps by formally joining.

This hesitation is raising questions:
👉 Will Obi go back to PDP ahead of 2027?
👉 Is Atiku waiting for the right timing?
👉 Could their indecision weaken the opposition coalition?

Some analysts believe Obi is still the strongest force in Nigerian politics today, with the ability to challenge President Tinubu in 2027. But unless these leaders make their moves soon, the unity of the coalition could be at risk.

Nigeria is at a critical point. The big question remains: Who will truly step up to lead the opposition in 2027? 🇳🇬

💬 What do you think? Should Obi and Atiku commit to the ADC, or explore other options? Drop your thoughts below! 👇
