Sen Diri has initiated several projects aimed at transforming the state's infrastructure, economy, and healthcare. Some of the notable projects include

*Power sector
-The sector is not left behind
After years of epileptic electricity supply Diri's administration awarded twin high capacity turbine in order to ease off the suffering of Bayelsans ,to create enabling environment for business activities to strive and for generation of internal revenue.


*Infrastructure Development
- 25,000-capacity Olympic Stadium
A state-of-the-art sports facility designed to host major events, create jobs, and promote sports development in the state and beyond. The stadium is expected to be a hub for sports, entertainment, and tourism, generating revenue and boosting the local economy.

*Road Construction
Several road projects, including the 3 Senatorial roads, Okaba-Okodi road, and Glory Drive, are underway to improve connectivity and facilitate economic growth.
- Bridge Construction The bridge across the Epie creek at Imgbi junction in Amarata-Yenagoa is another critical infrastructure project aimed at enhancing mobility and access.

*Agricultural Development
- Modern Agricultural Equipment
The state government has partnered with the South Korean government to supply modern agricultural equipment to farmers, increasing efficiency, productivity, and sustainability in the agricultural sector.
