Mama Yadiley Goes Home at 72

Oporoza community in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, will on Friday, November 14, 2025, begin the final journey of Late Mama Boanerge Yadiley Tom (née Tom Komuko), who passed on at the age of 72.
The announcement was made by the families of Late Tom Duduke of Ogbudugbudu Community, Egbema Kingdom, Warri North LGA, Delta State, and Late Jojo Patani of Egbema-Angalabiri, Bayelsa State, who described her transition as a painful loss but a peaceful return to glory.
Mama Yadiley Tom, fondly remembered for her faith, compassion, and motherly virtues, is survived by seven children, thirty-nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, as well as brothers, sisters, and other relatives.
According to the burial arrangements, her body will leave De Don Mortuary, DSC Expressway, adjacent NBC Junction, Ovian, at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 14, to her hometown, Oporoza, Gbaramatu Kingdom. A Christian Wake-Keep will follow at New Jerusalem Zion, Oporoza, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, while a Social Wake-Keep will continue till dawn.
Interment will take place on Saturday, November 15, at 7:00 AM, at her compound in New Jerusalem Zion, Oporoza, while a Thanksgiving Service will hold on Sunday, November 16, at 7:00 PM, at the same venue.
