(E4E) Mandate Campaign of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) under the leadership of our principal , Chief Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, the team visited Igbinedion University, University of Benin (UNIBEN) and Benson Idahosa University (BIU) in Benin City.
During the visit, laptops were distributed to students under the PAP Scholarship Scheme a key step towards ensuring our beneficiaries have the right tools to learn, grow, and excel.
This exercise builds on earlier engagements in universities across northern Nigeria and will continue through the week across southern institutions where PAP scholars are enrolled.
Our mission is simple: to enhance students’ learning experience, capacity, and overall productivity empowering them to become catalysts for positive change in the Niger Delta and beyond.
