This is to inform our Esteemed Entrepreneurs of Bayelsa State
The Office of the Technical Adviser to the Governor on Entrepreneurship Development congratulates you on your progress in the State Entrepreneurship Development Agenda under the Assured Prosperity Government.
This announcement is for all entrepreneurs who have diligently followed the procedures from our office and have successfully met the following requirements:
· Proof of Certification from the Centre For Entrepreneurship Development, Federal University, Otuoke.
· Proof of SMEDAN and CAC Registration.
· Proof of the State Entrepreneurs Recognition Award.
Please be advised that these requirements are compulsory, and you must show proof of all.
Please note: the State Entrepreneurs Recognition Award is not compulsory for those who were not part of the Douye Diri skills program.
You are hereby requested to visit our office on Monday, 17th November, 2025, to collect your Bank of Industry (BOI) grant application requirements.
Time: 8: am
Venue: Office of the Technical Adviser, Opposite Cultural Centre, Ovom, Yenagoa.
Please note that we are still awaiting the official certification ceremony date for our entrepreneurs to be certified by the Centre For Entrepreneurship Development, Federal University, Otuoke.
Our commitment to you is unwavering. His Excellency, the Governor, has pledged to leave no stone unturned in ensuring that Bayelsa entrepreneurs stand out as the best in the world.
