The Bayelsa Investment Promotion Agency (BIPA), in collaboration with the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), will be conducting a Survey on the Ease of Doing Business in Bayelsa State, specifically targeting Micro, Small, and Medium-Scale Enterprises (MSMEs).

This survey is a vital step towards understanding the business climate of MSMEs within Bayelsa state, and is also aimed at gathering feedback that will contribute to the Subnational Ease of Doing Business Index.

The insights gained in the exercise will guide the Federal and State government's interventions towards supporting a more enabling business environment for MSMEs.

The survey will commence on Monday, 18th August, 2025 and all business owners across the State are kindly requested to cooperate fully with the designated officials to ensure a hitch free survey.
