Prince Ebitimi Amgbare, CEO/MD of Niger Delta Basin Authority and Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has praised Governor Douye Diri for prioritizing civil servants' welfare and implementing impactful projects in Bayelsa State.
He highlighted the governor's prudent use of state resources, commending his commitment to development.
This remark was made yesterday at Oxbowlake, during the APC National Chairman Prof. Yiidatwa N visit to Yenagoa.
He said, “Mr Chairman of our great party APC, Sir, this State used to be at a time our civil servants barely go home with half salary payment but we thank God for President Tinubu who increased revenues to the States , and because we have a Governor, Sen. Douye Diri who is judiciously managing our State resources and also embarking on gigantic projects across the State, Bayelsa civil servants for the past five years have enjoyed uninterrupted salaries with even increases and bonuses", Amgbare said.
