Over the Years, I have looked into the life and antecedents of this Great Youth Leader who has served and still serving in different capacities.

He has been an Hardened Mobilizer, and Grassroots Person who has used his little resources to canvas support to several Offices from time past till date.

He is the President Bayelsa West Unity Forum, A Front line Preacher of the PROSPERITY AGENDA and AGBEDI MOVEMENTS who's ideal aim is to ensure Bayelsans especially those at the West is Built upon.

His Antecedents and Modus Operandi is Worth Encouraging.

Therefore I write to all Well Meaning Bayelsans, Government Functionaries and Elites to Support and Ensure Hon Romeo Richman is given a huge portfolio or platform to lean on and live better.
