On the 1st of September, the Olodiama Egbesu Temple in Ikebiri 1 Community, Southern Ijaw Local Government Area, Bayelsa State, came alive with color, songs, and spiritual energy as traditional purists gathered for a Special Thanksgiving. It was a moment of reverence and celebration, offered to the deity in gratitude for the protection of lives, the bright future of Bayelsa State, and the unity of Nigeria at large.
