The Chairman of the Bayelsa State Volunteers, Hon. Oyinkuro Lucky Asanakpo, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Secretary to the Bayelsa State Government, Prof. Nimibofa Ayawei, on the joyous occasion of his birthday.
