```Communiqué on the Outcome of a Strategic Engagement Between NYO and the Center for Youth Development```

The Nigeria Youth Organization (NYO) is pleased to announce the outcome of a strategic meeting held with the *Center for Youth Development* to strengthen collaboration towards national growth and youth empowerment.

In his address, the *Chairman of NYO, EVANG. (COMRD) UCHE OMAH IKIOMOWORIO.*, recalled that the organization was established in *1980* with a clear vision: *to promote unity, peace, and patriotism among Nigerian youths through capacity development, skill acquisition, amplifying youth voices, and creating platforms for leadership.* He emphasized NYO’s commitment to complementing government initiatives and formally sought the partnership of the Center in advancing policies that directly impact the lives of young Nigerians.

Responding, the *Director General of the Center for Youth Development, Deacon comrade Robert Igali*, stated that addressing fuel challenges, ensuring free education, and providing accessible healthcare could resolve up to *60% of Nigeria’s major problems.* He urged Nigerian youths to embrace patriotism, cultivate loyalty in leadership, and develop intellectual solutions to national issues.

The DG further emphasized the need for continuous capacity building, skill learning, and preparation for leadership roles at national levels. He noted that the future of Nigeria depends on the readiness of its youth to provide visionary and ethical leadership.

The meeting concluded with the Director General advising NYO to maintain close communication with the *Deputy Director General (East)*, who is responsible for liaising with youth bodies and coordinating collaborations when the need arises.
