It was a moment of faith and gratitude as High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, led believers of the Egbesu faith to the Biniebi Madinorbo Temple in Ogulagha, Burutu Local Government Area of Delta State, for a thanksgiving ceremony.
The sacred gathering was held to appreciate Biniebi, the goddess of peace and wealth, for divine protection, blessings, and unity throughout 2025. Traditional rites were performed, including offerings and libations, as worshippers sang and danced in reverence.
The event drew dignitaries from across the Niger Delta, including Dr. Dennis Burutu Otuaro, Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme; High Chief Kestin Pondi, Managing Director, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited; Hon. Anthony Ebitonmo Alapala; Hon. Joshua Mcvier, among others.
The event celebrated faith, culture, and unity as the year draws to a close.
