The First Elected/Executive Chairman of Southern Ijaw LGA, Chief Patrick Osunu, thanked His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri for the great works that he is doing in Otuan Community.

He thanked His Excellency for the road to Otuan Community, that the road to Otuan Community was not in the design as it was coming from Yenagoa-Oporoma but our Miracle Governor said there is a community here Otuan, extend the road to Otuan, not only that, His Excellency said Otuan Community should be extended to the extreme. Today, anybody can drive to Otuan community with a small car or keke, no more hilux or prado jeep. Today you can stay in Otuan and also good back to Yenagoa anytime same day.

Chief Patrick Osunu appreciate His Excellency for the development that he has brought to Otuan Community, that he has made Otuan Community as one of the recognized community in Southern Ijaw LGA as he has open the economy of Otuan because before now they don't have road to transport their goods, they are using hand pulling to sell their goods to other communities but with the help of Senator Douye Diri we now have hope for today.

He prayed that God will bless His Excellency, Senator Douye Diri, his Deputy, Senator Lawrence Ewrudjakpo, the Honourable Commissioner for Works & Infrastructure, ESV Moses Teibowei and all other EXCO members.

He also assured His Excellency that the people of Otuan Community are solidly behind him, that if there's anything more than Governor, that he should receive it in Jesus name, Amen.
Also, that God should bless Douye Diri, Otuan people are saying Yes to Douye Diri because he has performed wonderfully and credibly well.
